I think I have allowed enough time for this to populate (if it does so) and I have manually updated the OAB inside Exchange Management Console. However, when I look at the content of the OAB virtual directory in IIS manager, there are no files present. I have created a new Offline Address Book and set it to dristribute to both Public Folders and web-based. I have set up a DNS record for 'autodiscover.' and tested with the Test E-Mail Autoconfiguration tool when right-clicking the Outlook icon in the system tray - this is successful.
